LEADERSHIP

Originally hailing from Lake Charles, Louisiana, Dawn brings over 10 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Psychology.  Throughout her career, Dawn has been fortunate to experience the corporate side of ABA as well as operating within more intimate settings.  

She attended McNeese State University for her undergraduate studies where she obtained her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.  She later earned her Master's in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018 before becoming a state-recognized Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Louisiana and Texas.

With an extensive academic and professional background in autism spectrum disorder and adolescents, Dawn is passionate about empowering families, training staff, and creating individualized, evidence-based interventions that promote meaningful growth.  She has supervised and trained multiple registered line technicians through hands on and educational training who have pursued and completed ABA programs and certifications to share their dedication and expertise within the field. Her work is driven by a commitment to compassionate care and measurable outcomes.
